My reflections on 1Corinthians 8

Happy Friday, we made it through the week! I hope you’ll are enjoying you’lls weekend.
In 1 Corinthians 8:13
I’m amazed at Paul’s love for the new believers. He talks about how he don’t believe eating meat that was used for idol worship would bring you closer to God or even push you farther from God cuz it was meaningless to him. Yet he was willing to give up meat completely just so he wouldn’t be a stumbling block to those who believed it was a sin. I wonder if I’m willing to give up something I like even if I don’t have convictions about it, just so my new brothers/sisters in Christ won’t stumble in their faith. Wow I know I can’t do that on my own. I think I’d  have to do a lot of praying to be that selfless. God give me a humble heart and true love that reflects yours for humanity and their salvation.
