My Heart Belongs on Mackinac Island: Maude’s Mooring

This was such a charming book! Author Carrie Fancett Pagels had me captivated with her creative descriptions, and her great sense of humor. I found myself smiling if not laughing throughout the book :).  The plot was well written and I think I’ve mentioned before how much I love small town based books, which is what you get here. A small community where everyone knows each other and news travels fast;).

On a side note, I was excited to see this book along with several others from the series, ‘My Heart Belongs’, on-sale for $3.25 through the publisher website. Steal Deal!! The sale ends tomorrow on Mother’s Day.  Either way I’ll put the amazon link as usual with the product description :). http://www.barbourbooks.com/product/My-Heart-Belongs-on-Mackinac-Island,14733.aspx?Tab=Books&sj=0
