Happy Sunday

I hope everyone is having a great day! Here is a great reminder going into a new week:).

2 Corinthians 7:1‘…let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness…’

There is a lot of room for perfection in my life. As I read this, I thought about the process of purifying water and it going through a filter. My filter is Jesus and he removes my sins and contamination when I take my life in prayer. I need to consecrate myself more. I think I get too comfortable with myself at times, and I’m not where I’m suppose to be in my spiritual life.

Lord help me to look for you more and keep away from everything impure that displeases you. Give me strength to do your will, in Jesus name, Amen.🙏🏾
